Leo Brown Group has begun construction on a $15 million expansion of its Traditions at North Willow senior living community on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The new Villas at North View is being built directly east of St. Vincent Hospital.

The construction will add 50 independent living residences to the campus, which currently offers 120 residences. Amenities include community-wide sidewalks, enclosed dog park, clubhouse with a fitness center and a multipurpose gathering space. 

“We are thrilled that we can bring this new independent living service line to our community,” states Shelly McFall, Executive Director of Traditions at North Willow.  “This expansion enables us to operate as a continuum of care community where our residents will have the ability to age in place from independent living to assisted living to secure memory care, if needed.”  
 
Construction is set for completion in the fall of 2019.
