The department says more than $1.3 million is available through the Hoosier Homegrown Fuels Blender Pump Program.
The program is a partnership among the department, the Indiana Corn Marketing Council, the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, South Shore Clean Cities and Greater Indiana Clean Cities. It is being funded in part through a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Services Agency.
Organizers say the grant program aims to add more than 100 blender pumps capable of dispensing higher ethanol blends in areas of the state where they are not currently available. The department is accepting applications through January 8. You can find more information by clicking here.
