Governor Mike Pence has reappointed Richard Ludwick for a second four-year term as a commissioner of the Midwest Higher Education Compact. He is president and chief executive officer of the Independent Colleges of Indiana. Ludwick also currently serves as chair of the board for the Coalition for College Cost Savings and is a member of the Indiana Chamber’s Business Higher Education Policy Committee.
