Governor Holcomb Names St. Joseph Superior Judge

She will succeed Judge Jane Woodward Miller who retired at the end of her term on Dec. 31, 2020, but remained on the bench as a senior judge. Steele most recently served as corporation counsel for the city of South Bend. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and JD from Arizona State University.
