Government Tech Company Growing in Indy

The government services tech platform currently has more than 100 employees in Indianapolis and plans to begin hiring in the coming months.
The company provides information technology services and digital solutions to government agencies. In addition to its Indiana operations, HighPoint has offices in Baltimore and Virginia.
HighPoint says it will hire for positions including instructional designers, project managers, systems administrators and media developers in Indianapolis and additional Indiana remote locations. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has offered the company up to $730,000 in conditional tax credits and training grants based on the job creation plans. The city of Indianapolis has offered additional incentives.
HighPoint Chief Executive Officer Ben Lanius calls Indianapolis "a great place to build and grow our business."
