Geronimo Hospitality Group has selected Nicole Ulrich as general manager of The Garage food hall in the mixed-use development, which is currently under construction.
Ulrich previously served as director of operations at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Indy. Prior to that, she served as director of food and beverage for several hotels across the country.
“I am excited to be a part of Bottleworks and lead the growing list of restaurants coming to this new community-focused marketplace,” Ulrich said in a news release. “My previous work experience has allowed me to grasp the unique culture of Indianapolis, and my goal is to use that knowledge to provide a variety of offerings to please every guest, giving them the ability to connect with authentic Midwest brands all in one central location.”
The Garage is a 30,000-square-foot marketplace that will feature a variety of culinary styles from more than 25 food and beverage vendors. Last month, developers announced Sundry and Vice and Certain Feelings Coffee Co. as the latest two tenants to join food hall.
The Bottleworks District is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Coca-Cola bottling plant in the Mass Ave corridor in downtown Indianapolis. The first phase of the project, which includes The Garage, is slated to open this fall.
