Sweatt has worked for the organization for more than twelve years in several departments including program, membership, data and human resources. She also serves as a National Mission Delivery Coach for Girl Scouts of the USA. Sweatt holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and is working on her Master’s in Business Administration.
