Ginovus has committed to leasing over 4,800 square feet of space at The Switch office building. The $28 million mixed-use development, which includes a three-story office building, retail space and apartments, is expected to be completed next summer.
“The forward-thinking vision of the City of Fishers is a great fit for Ginovus. We were very fortunate to have several great communities to choose from for our new corporate home, but in the end, Fishers was the perfect location for our talented team of professionals,” said Larry Gigerich, Managing Director for Ginovus. “We are very excited about the opportunity to serve our clients in North America and the Caribbean from our new home in the Nickel Plate District!”
Ginovus will be joined at The Switch by CloudOne, Purdue University College of Pharmacy’s Center for Medication Safety Advancement and Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership. The company is currently located on the north side of Indianapolis and will relocate ten jobs to Fishers by July.
