The Roblox Training Camp event is being held all day Saturday by the Muncie Innovation Connector through its Coding Connector initiative.  TechWise Academy, which offers courses for K-12 students, is also involved in presenting the game designing event.

Co-Founder Brandon Coppernoll says Roblox is a game creation platform that allows users to create and play games in 3D environments. Participants include 20-year old Joshua D of northwest Indiana, who designed the game "Vehicle Simulator", which has been played more than 114 million times over the past year on Roblox. Muncie native Nate Spell also publishes a Roblox user magazine, and will also appear at the event.
