Greg Levine will serve as the company’s new president for global water, following Donald Kenney, who is retiring after 25 years with the company.

Kenney will stay with the business through the end of July to help in the transition.
“Don’s strategic vision and customer-centric approach was essential to our growth these past few years,” Franklin Electric Chief Executive Office Gregg Sengstack said in a news release. “We are excited to bring on a leader with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing growth opportunities. This insight will allow us to build on the strong foundation we have in place.”
Levine also served in global profit and technology roles for more than a dozen years with Nidec. He oversaw a team of 3,800 people across 13 locations. Before joining Nidec, Levine held senior engineering roles at St. Louis-based technology company Emerson for 15 years.
“Greg’s disciplined technology focus and industry insight will help him guide Franklin Electric well into the future as we explore new products, markets and customers,” Sengstack said.
