Franciscan Health Central Indiana has promoted Terri Ruff to chief operating officer for Franciscan Health Indianapolis and Trish Weber has been promoted to chief operating officer for the Mooresville and Carmel hospitals.

Ruff most recently served as vice president of operations and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of St. Francis. Weber previously served as chief nursing officer and vice president of operations for Franciscan Health Michigan City and holds a bachelor’s degree from Glendale College and master’s degrees from Purdue University and University of St. Francis.
