Dan Evans, who retired from IU Health in May 2016, will serve as a senior director in the health and biosciences group with Indianapolis-based Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting.
Evans spent 13 years leading IU Health, during which time the health system grew from three hospitals in downtown Indianapolis to nearly 20 throughout the state. The consulting firm says Evans’ expertise in healthcare will help its clients navigate the ongoing policy and market changes in the healthcare industry.
"Dan’s dedication to the improvement and expansion of Indiana’s health care industry has been truly outstanding," said Tom Froehle, chair and managing partner of Faegre Baker Daniels. "He has become an integral part of the industry, both in our state and nationally, and his expertise and understanding of how the industry operates will help us continue to provide our clients with the highest level of service as they evaluate and navigate looming federal changes for the health care industry."
The health and biosciences group is a part of FaegreBD Consulting’s national health and life sciences industry team.
