The 38,000-square-foot marketplace will feature more than 20 independently local and regionally owned food vendors.
The Garage is a short walk from Bottleworks Hotel, which is set to open in December.
“We’re excited to give Indianapolis residents and travelers a new culinary, arts and entertainment hub to look forward to this winter and beyond with the opening of this community-focused marketplace in the city,” said Jeff Whiteman, chief operating officer at Geronimo Hospitality Group, which will own and operate both the hotel and food hall at Bottleworks.
GHG says visitors to the food hall will be able to choose from food and beverage options including Venezuelan fare, lobster rolls, burgers, and signature spirits.
“The Garage is unlike anything else you’ll find in the area. Guests will appreciate the chef-driven culinary experiences, craft drinkeries, along with unique retail merchants, indoor-outdoor seating and live music,” said Whiteman.
In addition to the hotel and food hall, Phase I of Bottleworks District includes the development of venture studio High Alpha’s new headquarters and Living Room Theaters, an eight-auditorium cinema with a bar and lounge.
