Subscribe NowClarksville-based First Savings Bank has appointed Scott Carr executive vice president, chief risk officer. He spent the past 11 years in the areas of risk management, regulatory compliance, Bank Secrecy Act and information security with the former Your Community Bank. Carr received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Indiana University in New Albany, after serving four years as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy. He is also a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking. Carr has served on numerous nonprofit boards and is currently on the Rauch board of directors, Leadership Southern Indiana executive board, South Central Officials Association board of directors and the Indiana Football Officials Association.
