First Federal Bank has hired Jim Swift as vice president, senior commercial lender. He has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience and will be responsible for expanding commercial client relationships. Swift has served as a board member and treasurer for the Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity and for Whitington Homes and Services.
