First Federal Bank has named Larry Lechel a retail lender for Fort Wayne. He assists customers with lending options that work best for their long- and short-term goals. Lechel previously served as a branch manager at Southwest Funding.

As an active member of his community, Lechel is a volunteer minister working with local hospitals offering support to patients during stressful times in their lives.
