DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Inc. is planning to pump $2.5 million into a sixth floor office in the soon-to-be-complete Ash Skyline Plaza and nearly double its work force in the city over the next four years.
The company has 23 offices throughout the U.S. and Canada, including Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. Of its more than 400 North American employees, nearly 50 are currently in Fort Wayne. The current and new DMA workers will work in 17,000 square-feet of a floor that will also include a new Barnes & Thornburg Fort Wayne office with its 30 employees.
The over $30 million Ash Skyline Plaza is taking shape and major tenants are expected to move in in the coming months. Additional Ash Skyline Plaza occupants will include:
A Lake City Bank branch, DeBrand Fine Chocolates shop, The Skyline YMCA, The Golden restaurant and The Find, which is a sister store of The Trove in Roanoke.
The firm’s growth in Fort Wayne follows a 2013 expansion announced at the Indianapolis office in 2013. The company is on-track to complete its plan of adding more than 60 workers by the end of this year in the Marion County location.
DMA plans to begin hiring executives, back office operations associates, consultants and technology developers in July. On average, wages of the new jobs are expected to be higher than the state and county average. You can connect to more about the availabilities by clicking here.

DMA has been offered nearly $400,000 in conditional tax credits and as much as $50,000 in training grants from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. Additional incentives could be considered by the city.
