Fanning Howey has re-hired Andrew Koehl as construction administrator. He previously served as construction quality assurance manager for ProCLAD in Noblesville. He has 20 years of experience in quality assurance, including 11 years at Fanning Howey. Koehl holds a Bachelor’s degree from ITT Technical Institute in architectural engineering.
