Koch is just the fifth president of Evansville Goodwill since its inception in 1935, according to the station. Dan Glass, chairman of the Goodwill Board of Directors says Koch "has provided exceptional leadership for well over half of the organization’s existence."
"Goodwill is a wonderful organization," said Koch. "The foresight, interest, and support of the board, executive team, employees, and the community have enabled Goodwill to achieve significant growth and to change tens of thousands of lives through the power of work. It’s been a tremendous honor."
Koch calls the board’s selection of Ralph as his successor is an "excellent choice."
