Eskenazi Medical Group Names CEO

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Eskenazi Health has named Curtis Wright president and chief executive officer of Eskenazi Medical Group. Wright, who is also an associate professor of clinical medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine, had previously served in the role on an interim basis.
Wright has previously served in a number of roles within the Eskenazi system, including assistant chief of medicine, associate program director for internal medicine and medical director for hospital medicine. He joined the IU School of Medicine in 2004.
"Dr. Wright has done a wonderful job as the interim president and CEO of Eskenazi Medical Group, and we are grateful for his willingness to take on the responsibilities of leading this group," David Crabb, chief medical officer of Eskenazi Health, said in a news release.
Eskenazi Medical Group includes physicians in the Eskenazi Health System who are also faculty of the IU School of Medicine, specializing in primary care, senior care and pediatrics, as well as hospitalists. The group has more than 180 physicians, advanced practice providers and staff at the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital and in 10 community healthcare centers throughout Indianapolis.
