Envelop, which has offices in Fort Wayne, Cincinnati and Tampa, says the consolidation is expected to create more jobs in Indiana and Florida.
Envelop Group President Travis Ihnen says all three companies had previously been separate entities under common ownership. He says now, OCS and VCS will act as subsidiaries of Envelop.
"Our alignment of multiple organizations in the facility technology space is part of our broader vision to fully understand and enhance the benefits of total facility optimization for our clients," said Ihnen. "The endeavor to consolidate various entities into the Envelop portfolio is part of an ongoing effort to bolster marketing and administrative resources of the companies."
Ihnen says 30 jobs have been added among the three companies over the last three years and he expects to add an additional 30 jobs, mostly highly-skilled technical or engineering positions, over the next three years.
