(Nasdaq: CVCO) says it has completed the previously-announced acquisition of Elkhart-based The Commodore Corp. The cash deal, valued at $153 million, includes Commodore’s six manufacturing facilities and two retail locations.
Commodore is one of the largest independent builders of manufactured and modular housing in the U.S. It operates under brand names such as Commodore Homes of Pennsylvania, Commodore Homes of Indiana, and Colony Homes.
