(NYSE: ELAN) has named Marcela Kirberger general counsel and corporate secretary, succeeding Michael-Bryant Hicks. Hicks announced his resignation in February and took an executive position at Indianapolis-based Apria Inc.
Elanco says Kirberger joins the company with more than 20 years of corporate legal experience.
Most recently, Kirberger was general counsel and corporate secretary at the North American headquarters of Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis.

Kirberger has served for nearly two years on the board of directors for BioCrossroads.
