Greenfield-based Elanco Animal Health has named Christopher Jensen senior vice president and chief financial officer. He most recently served as CFO of Celanese Corp., a $6B global chemical company.

Jensen’s previous experience includes financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, accounting, financial shared services, audit and IT. He also spent 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and transaction services. Jensen holds a master of accountancy from Brigham Young University. 

"I am pleased Chris is joining Elanco and the animal health industry at such an exciting and dynamic time," says Elanco President Jeff Simmons. "His deep expertise in leading financial operations and experience makes Chris a tremendous addition to our leadership team and company."

Jensen will report to Simmons and Josh Smiley, senior vice president of global services and CFO at Lilly.
