WOLCOTT – A food production company has announced plans to build a new processing plant in White County. EggLife LLC says the $10 million facility will create up to 30 jobs and Wolcott will be the company’s headquarters.
EggLife says the 60,000-square-foot plant will house the production of its EggLife Sandwich/Tortilla Wrap. The company says construction on the facility is expected to begin in the summer and be complete in October.
Randy Mitchell, president of the White County Economic Development Corp., says the EggLife plant will be the first business to locate in the Mid-America Commerce Park.
