EDGE Mentoring Launches Work Development Program

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based EDGE Mentoring has announced the launch of its new development program, EDGE Work. The organization says the program features a mentoring approach designed to improve the “whole-person development.”
The organization says its inagural cohort will include 39 mentors and mentees, and participants who complete the program will receive certification from Butler University Executive Education. The program will involve bi-weekly mentoring sessions and quarterly networking events to learn from the EDGE community.
EDGE says the program’s curriculum was created with the support of Butler University and training and support was provided by Telemachus.
The company says the program is the first-of-its-kind and includes participants from several Indiana companies, including: California Closets, Elanco, KSM Consulting, and Medxcel, among others.
“Successful businesses understand that their people are their biggest asset and that they must be intentional in developing their teams, both professionally and personally,” said EDGE Mentoring Chief Executive Officer Todd Richardson. “EDGE has focused on whole-person development for many years and is uniquely qualified to expand its product offering to the workplace through EDGE|Work.”
