Economic Club Names Officers, Board Members

Subscribe NowThe Economic Club of Indiana has added new board members and selected officers for the 2017-2017 season. Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation Chief Executive Officer Claire Fiddian-Green will serve as president. The organization’s 2016-2017 season concludes Thursday with a presentation by General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) CEO Mary Barra.
IUPUI Chancellor Nasser Paydar will be the club’s vice president, Leeuw, Oberlies & Campbell P.C. attorney John Mead will serve as secretary and COO, Citizens Energy Group Director of Regulatory Affairs Korlon Kilpatrick and Eskenazi Health Vice President of Civic Investment Michael Kaufmann as program chairs.
The new board members are Cummins Vice President of Communications Carole Castro, Salesforce Vice President of Marketing Amanda Leet and Taft Partner-In-Charge Brad Schwer. Central Indiana Community Partnership CEO David Johnson, the club’s immediate past president, will serve another three-year term as a member of the board.
Barra’s sold-out presentation is set for May 11 at noon at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
