The company says the $750,000 expansion project will begin in May.
In an email to Inside INdiana Business, DCL co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Greg Humrichouser said, “It will allow us to grow our staff an additional 33% to 40 employees. We also just hired 3 employees from Nashville, Tennessee where we hope our next location will be.”
The logistics and transportation company provides nationwide services, and DCL Co-Founder and CEO Greg Humrichouser says today’s unprecedented circumstances and increased demand for transportation providers has influenced its workforce growth decisions.
“As DCL works to keep up with demand from our trusted industry partners, our real-time tracking and the unmatched customer service provided by our energetic and diverse workforce continues to serve as a valuable and trusted partner in managing supply chain needs,” said Humrichouser.
The company says new employees will start work in mid-May and base salaries will begin at $36,000.
Founded by Humrichouser, the company services more than 500 customers nationwide including mid-size businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.
