Carmel-based Dioltas LLC has named Jeremy Brilliant managing partner. He previously served as director of communications for Kerauno. Brilliant spent more than 20 years working as a journalist in the U.S. and Middle East. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the YMCA at the Athenaeum and is a volunteer on the Communications and Giving Teams of the non-profit, Defense Entrepreneurs Forum.
