Deaconess Health System will make what it is calling a major announcement Monday morning. Congressman Larry Bucshon (R-8) will be in attendance at the event in Evansville.

Bucshon will be joined by local physicians and "special guests" from Houston, Texas. The press conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. CT at the Deaconess Chancellor Center for Oncology.

In January, Deaconess made a "major" announcement, detailing a $135 million expansion of its Gateway Hospital campus in Newburgh.
