DCS Promotes Sailors to Deputy Director

Subscribe NowThe Indiana Department of Child Services has promoted Sarah Sailors to deputy director of field operations. She has 20 years of experience in social work. Sailors most recently served as assistant deputy director of field operations, overseeing nine out of the 18 regions for DCS.
She started her career with the agency as a family case manager and was quickly promoted to local office director of Carroll County. Prior to joining DCS, Sailors was a program director, family development consultant and family preservation worker.
She has a Master of Social Work degree from IUPUI. Sailors has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.
