The Indiana Department of Child Services has appointed Sam Criss deputy director for services and outcomes. Most recently, he served as president and chief executive officer of Indiana Connected by 25 Inc. Criss has spent 20 years working in the areas of juvenile justice, mental health and child welfare. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Ball State University. He then received a Master of Business degree from Indiana Wesleyan.
