Crowe LLP has promoted Angie Steeno (pictured) to managing director. She is based in the Crowe Indianapolis office and has been with the firm for more than 18 years. Steeno earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Indianapolis and her Master of Public Affairs, Policy Analysis and Public Finance from Indiana University. She holds certifications as a Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Series 50 and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Series 54. Steeno is a member of the Indiana Chapter of Women in Public Finance, Indy Chamber, Government Finance Officers Association, and the National Association of Municipal Advisors.

Christine List (pictured) has been promoted to managing director in tax services. She is based in the Crowe Indianapolis office and has been with the firm for more than 16 years. List earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as her Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathy Fluke has been promoted to optimization services and IT operations director. She is based in the Crowe Indianapolis office and has been with the firm for more than 15 years. Fluke earned an associate degree in criminal justice and her bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University. She is a member of the Project Management Institute as well as the Project Management Institute Central Indiana Chapter and the Information Technology Alliance.

Matt Keegan has been promoted to managing director in advisory services. He is based in the Crowe Indianapolis office and has been with the firm for more than 10 years. Keegan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and his master’s degree in information systems from Indiana University. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
