David Lach (pictured), vice president of site services and partner, has more than 20 years of experience in the Site Civil Engineering field. He has developed thousands of acres of land. His wide range of knowledge and expertise includes Master Planned developments and individual sites for commercial, industrial and residential projects, higher education and school projects, healthcare projects and parks/recreational projects.
Dennis McGuire, vice president of survey and real estate services and partner, has more than 30 years of experience and leads the departments as a trusted advisor to multiple clients in the Development industry. He has a strong background with single and multi-family clients along with utility and commercial clients. McGuire is an Indiana Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Indiana Realtors Association. He currently serves on the Bloomington Economic Development Corp. board, is a member of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, and is involved with many organizations including: Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, Indiana Construction Association, Economic Development Coalition Southwest Indiana and the Evansville Chamber of Commerce. McGuire has also been involved with multiple Johnson County Youth Associations.
Michael Grubb, vice president of architecture and partner, oversees the department and projects. A registered architect in Wisconsin and Missouri, he graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. Grubb completed the Kelley School of Business Executive Leadership Program through Indiana University. Grubb serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville and is past president for Chamber Action with the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
Kara Hensley (pictured), vice president of talent and brand, joined the firm in 2007. She previously worked in various human resource and marketing leadership roles with Allison Transmission/General Motors, Thomson Consumer Electronics and Keramida Environmental. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic leadership and outcomes to the organizations she serves. Hensley graduated Cum Laude from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is also active in several Indianapolis community organizations; including recent service on the Board of Directors of Lutheran Child and Family Services and pro bono consulting services to various educational and non- profit organizations.
Cathy Erwin, vice president of finance, has more than 30 years experience in the field of accounting and finance. She leads the finance operations at Cripe. Erwin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Indianapolis.
