The park is the tenth site in Indiana, and the second in Boone County, to receive the designation for its high-speed Internet connectivity.
AT&T Indiana President Bill Soards says the certification will help local businesses drive job creation. Creekside Corporate Park is described as a "conservation" office park with more than one-third of the property being preserved for green space and passive recreation.
"We already know that Creekside Corporate Park is leading the way in office park design across the state," said Zionsville Mayor Tim Haak. "Being certified AT&T Fiber Ready and investing in the latest technologies will only add to this amenity-driven corporate park and continue to attract businesses to this outstanding site."
Wayne DeLong, director of planning and economic development for Zionsville, says the designation will help raise awareness about the benefits of the park to potential tenants. Creekside’s first tenant, DK Pierce, broke ground in August.
Creekside joins the Lebanon Business Park, which received the designation in June.
