CPA Society Promotes Kincaid to CEO

As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowThe Indiana CPA Society has promoted Courtney Kincaid to president and chief executive officer. She is the sixth CEO in the organization’s 106-year history and succeeds Jennifer Briggs.
Kincaid joined the organization in 2006 and has served as communications specialist, membership and volunteer manager, senior manager – member services, director – membership and engagement and vice president – strategic initiatives.
She earned her bachelor’s in journalism and sociology from Indiana University in 2005, and her master’s in public affairs, with a focus in nonprofit management, from IUPUI’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2013. She graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organization Management in 2014 and earned her Certified Association Executive credential in 2017. She received the Indiana Society of Association Executives’ “Rising STAR of the Year Award” in 2011.
Kincaid was selected by the INCPAS Board of Directors’ Executive Committee, chaired by Erland Porter.
