Conrad came to the Greater Bloomington Chamber in 2013 following four years as CEO and president of the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance. He previously served as president of Develop Indy.
In a statement to the board, Conrad said he was pursuing new opportunities "that will meet my personal goals and leverage my experience and skills more effectively in the future."
Bono is also executive director of Hoosier Voices for I-69 and says "I look forward to serving in this role as we search for a permanent replacement. We have a remarkable staff and we will continue to be the voice of business for our community, offer premier events, and advocate on behalf of our members."
In 2015, the chamber marked its 100th anniversary.
