Elizabeth Hagerman and Bradley Rhorer join the state’s advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative to help target the impact of technology on the industries.
Elizabeth Hagerman is the new chief innovation and strategy officer after formerly serving as vice president for Rose-Hulman Ventures at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Hagerman will lead their work to integrate next-generation technologies, including artificial intelligence, for increased productivity and growth.
Bradley Rhorer is the new chief talent programs officer after serving as a senior human resources manager at Subaru of Indiana Automotive. He also serves on the Indiana Governor’s Workforce Cabinet, which was created this year to assess the state’s workforce development program and services. a new group created during the 2018 legislative session to assess and realign Indiana’s workforce development programs and services.
