Fort Wayne Metals Chief Executive Officer Scott Glaze and Kem Krest CEO Amish Shah are joining the 17-member board.
CEO at medical device industry company Fort Wayne Metals since 1985, Glaze has also worked with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Indiana Corporate Council and the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership.
Shah started his career at an Elkhart-headquartered logistics company Kem Krest in 1996 and has served as CEO since 2000. He also works with the South Bend–Elkhart Regional Development Authority Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
“Diverse representation on our board is pivotal to ensuring the work we do benefits all Hoosiers,” said J. Mark Howell, president and CEO of Conexus Indiana, in a news release. “Conexus must be industry-led and represent the full statewide ecosystem of advanced manufacturers and logistics companies in Indiana to be successful. With the addition of Scott and Amish to our board, we gain new subsector and geographical perspectives that will help us achieve our goals.”
