The 32,000-square foot structure will offer a walk-in clinic, as well as imaging services and a variety of physician offices.
The health system says the expansion is needed to keep up population growth in northwest Indiana.
Once the new facility opens, the existing location on 45th Street will be converted into physician office space.
The new Munster Immediate Care Center is scheduled to open in October 2023.
