For 30 years he has concentrated his practice in general litigation. In addition, Wendling has been appointed as a receiver in actions brought by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and the Indiana Securities Commission and in other civil matters. He previously served as a law clerk for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and was appointed to serve on the Indiana Employment Relations Board. Wendling has also served as the attorney for the Carmel Clay Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas A & I University and his law degree from IU’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
