Young is the founder of Prime Vector Inc., in addition to Codelicious, and has been working in the Indianapolis tech scene for more than 14 years. His experience includes work at Procter & Gamble, Accenture, SAP/Ariba and Young at Heart Pharmacy.
McDonnell worked as a managing partner and founder of McDonnell & Associates, a strategic management consulting firm, before founding Codelicious. Prior, she worked at McKinsey & Co., DuPont and was a vice president at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ready is the CEO of Scale Computing and is also the co-founder of Centerpoint Brewing Co. He has extensive experience advising and serving on different boards, including the GEO Foundation, SmartFile, SteadyServ Technologies, Redux Ltd, SpeedGauge, FitQuake and more.
Aquilano is co-founder and managing partner at Allos Ventures. He also has experience in advising capacities for companies like Lessonly, Scale Computing, BidPal Network, Aprimo, Octiv, Bolstra, Emplify and more.
Vukovits is the former CFO of Interactive Intelligence, which was acquired by Genesys for $1.4 billion. She now works as a consultant to provide financial and strategic counsel to Indianapolis-area technology companies and she is an investor in several midwest startups and investment funds. Vukovits is a certified public accountant and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance at public companies.
Schumacher is currently a principal and co-founder of GRE Capital, an Indianapolis-based VC/PE firm. He was previously with Heritage Underground Gasification and Mascoma Corp. Schumacher serves on the board of directors of Heritage Crystal Clean Inc., and the investment committee of Heron Capital.
Kew is an advisor for Elevate Ventures, including board representation for three companies. She is an executive leader and coach with significant experience in healthcare and technology. Kew has served on the Indiana TechPoint board, the Indiana University School of Informatics Dean’s Advisory Council and more.
In this new capacity on the Codelicious board, members will work to support strategic plans as the company’s service offerings continue to grow and its nationwide market share continues to expand.
