Carmel-based CNO Financial Group Inc. has appointed Mike Mead senior vice president and chief information officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in general management and technology leadership within the insurance industry. Mead previously served as senior vice president and transformation executive with AIG Technologies. In that role, he was responsible for delivering global transformation initiatives spanning technology and people. Mead is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Technology Business Management Executive. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
