Clinical asset management company hires, promotes

The company says the hires and promotions are intended to realign its leadership to improve its customer experience and operational structure.
TRIMEDX has promoted Kristi McDermott to chief operating officer. McDermott, who joined TRIMEDX in 2018, has served as the company’s chief commercial officer and president of clinical engineering. Her background includes nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare and the healthcare technologies industries.
Additionally, the company has promoted Rob Moorey to president of clinical engineering. Moorey has worked at TRIMEDX for more than 9 years and has served as senior vice president of customer delivery and division vice president. Previously, Moorey spent eight years working for Aramark Healthcare Technologies in various leadership roles.
TRIMEDX has also made two new hires.
The company has hired Jim McCoy to serve as president of clinical asset management, leading the company’s clinical asset management and informatics solutions. McCoy previously worked for GEO Healthcare for 26 years where he served in various roles, including comprehensive services executive and asset management consultant.
Finally, the company has hired Tom Cooper as vice president of enterprise customer solutions. In his new role, Cooper is responsible for initiating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with strategically aligned clients, including key national accounts. Most recently, Cooper was the market vice president for GE Healthcare’s portfolio of products covering Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. TRIMEDX says Cooper has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, including numerous leadership positions in operations, service sales, and national accounts.
