Subscribe NowFishers-based ClearObject, an Internet of Things systems innovator, has named Derek Bleyle IoT product owner. He most recently served as a technical product manager for Rolls-Royce. Bleyle will oversee the various stages and define the vision of ClearObject’s product development. In addition, he will serve as a liaison between key stakeholders and development teams to anticipate client needs and adapt stages of product development. Bleyle’s record of collaboration with some of the world’s leading airlines on efficiency and design-related projects and his certification as a scrum product owner are assets that will complement and enhance ClearObject’s solution innovation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mechanical engineering from Butler University and a master’s degree in engineering technology from Purdue University.
Also, Clare Maher has been promoted to IoT product owner. She most recently served as IoT market development manager. In her previous role, Maher honed design thinking skills that ensured user-centric end solutions to maximize customer experience for clients. This skillset will be crucial in Maher’s new role leading development teams to create product roadmaps that deliver efficient and powerful IoT solutions.
Maher began her career at ClearObject as an Orr Fellow after graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in humanistic studies and history from Saint Mary’s College. She quickly excelled, leading product, partner, and content marketing departments and was recognized in 2018 as a Tech25 award winner for her stellar professional contributions, energy and attitude and commitment to community.
