Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson and Housing Authority Executive Director Julian Marsh will join HUD Midwest Regional Administrator Joseph Galvan to announce a new program in the city.
According to a city-issued news release, the demonstration will offer HUD-assisted families and the community at large access to support services that can help them achieve self-sufficiency.
The city says the programming could help spread scarce federal resources to a greater number of households.
