City Financial Corp. has hired Matthew Justice as vice president, corporate controller. He will work at the downtown Indianapolis headquarters. Justice previously served as controller and assistant controller at Countrymark Refining & Logistics LLC. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance. Additionally, he earned his Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Butler University. Justice is a Certified Public Accountant and holds his Six Sigma Orange Belt.
