She previously worked for Faegre Baker Daniels and will spend time in the firm’s Ft. Wayne and Noblesville locations.
Fox is an experienced attorney who devotes a significant portion of her practice to advising schools and educational institutions in a number of legal matters including special education, student discipline, compliance with public access laws and records requirements, and labor and employment matters. Her practice also includes providing counsel to both public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
Fox represents employers in federal and state court proceedings as well as before the EEOC and other administrative agencies regarding issues under Title VII, the Family & Medical Leave Act, wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, and unemployment matters. She also represents employers in union matters, including grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining. Prior to attending law school, Fox worked in public education as a Teach for America high school teacher and as a guidance counselor.
