Changes at Indy-Based Engineering Firm

(Nasdaq: IEA) has announced a change at the executive level. IEA Chief Financial Officer Andrew Layman has resigned after five years with the company.
The board of director has appointed Peter Moerbeek chief financial officer on an interim basis.
The company says Layman is pursuing other opportunities and the departure is “not based on any disagreement with the company.”
“Since joining IEA, Andy has been an instrumental part of our company, from supporting the completion of our initial public offering to ensuring the successful integration of several notable strategic acquisitions that have significantly diversified our platform,” said Chief Executive Officer J.P. Roehm.
IEA is an infrastructure construction company, specializing in energy industries and heavy civil expertise.
The company says it is one of the leading wind energy contractors in the U.S., having completed more than 200 wind and solar project across North America.
Moerbeek has more than 30 years of experience in financial executive roles in a variety of manufacturing and utility companies.
