As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowThe Indiana Chamber will hold next month its biggest conference of the year. The 2016 Indiana Safety and Health Conference & Expo will be at the Indiana Convention Center.
The three-day event is the Indiana Chamber’s largest conference and features over 60 breakout sessions and six pre-conference workshops that cover a wide variety of safety and health topics. The chamber says it also offers continuing education credit from more than 10 accrediting organizations.
The event will feature keynote presentations from:
- Jim Elzinga, founder and president of consultant group Heroic Hearts, and one of Canada’s elite alpinists
- Oliver Luck, executive vice president of regulatory affairs for the NCAA
- Rodney Grieve, founder of BRANTA Worldwide
The conference will also include a hands-on confined space rescue workshop and free safety, health and environmental career counseling. The Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards will also be presented at the event.
